Santa Pola is a great place to rent a villa. It is set by the sea on the Southern Costa Blanca coast of Spain.
Santa Pola isn't as green and lush as the northern Costa Blanca towns but it does have some great sandy beaches that stretch for miles and miles.
Property prices are lower in Santa Pola then towns in the northern Costa Blanca and there are huge urbanisations so renting a villa in Santa Pola will be cheaper in this area than anywhere else on the Costa Blanca.
Santa Pola is a fast growing area of the Costa Blanca so the chances are that you will be renting a new villa in Santa Pola with all the modern facilities you would expect in your own home.
The area near Santa Pola also has the most golf courses on the Costa Blanca so it is perfect for a golfing holiday in Spain.
Why stay in a Santa Pola hotel when you can rent a villa in Santa Pola for less?

Many villas in Santa Pola have been built on large urbanisations or estates. You may find your Santa Pola villa rental is not so quiet as you may find many people partying next door to you. So if renting a Santa Pola villa with young children you need to be concerned about noise levels.
Many villas for rent in Santa Pola are small - do make sure the villa rental is large enough and private enough.
Booking a villa in Santa Pola with it's owner is one way of getting a good price but consider that if there are problems with your Santa Pola villa rental you could be on your own.
