Moraira is situated on the northern Costa Blanca coast of Spain and is a very popular tourist destination, in fact it's often referred to as the jewel in the crown of the Costa Blanca. South of Moraira is Benissa and to the north is Javea.
Because of it's popularity you will need to book early if you intend to visit Moraira in summer which is peak holiday season. In wintertime Moraira is very quiet and so you won't have any difficulty finding a bargain hotel rate.
There are no international brand-name hotels in Moraira and the highest standard of hotel is one four star hotel. There are however more three star hotels in Moraira which offer clean, safe accommodation while being affordable to most people. Facilities in your hotel room will include basics such as telephone, hairdryer etc. The three star Moraira hotels all have swimming pools.

Right in Moraira town centre which is a perfect location. You can walk to the beach, marina, restaurants and shops. The Hotel La Sort has 22 rooms all with superb sea views.

TWO STAR HOTELS IN MORAIRA
On the coastal road towards Benissa this is a good standard two star Moraira hotel which has a nice swimming pool, bar and restaurant. Good value for money.

MORAIRA HOTEL TIPS
Consider whether you need a hotel in Moraira that is within easy walking distance of the beach because if you are outside of the beach and town centre you will need to hire a car which dramatically increases the cost of your holiday in Moraira.
Not every hotel in Moraira has a swimming pool and in the summer months temperatures in Moraira are mostly above 30 degrees Celsius, sometimes over 40 degrees. Be careful when booking a two star hotel (or less).
Some Moraira hotels will offer a half board or full board option which often work out to be incredibly good value allthough Moraira does have a great variety of good restaurants to suit all budgets.
Take care to compare like with like when reserving your Moraira hotel. Some hotels include breakfast, other Moraira hotels don't. Make sure all local Moraira tourist taxes are included so you don't get any nasty surprises at check-out which could ruin your holiday or visit to Moraira.
