Going up the hill towards the well-known landmark of Cabo La Nao lighthouse with it's spectacular views you have the hillsides littered with many lovely villas. If you are looking to buy property in Javea and want to buy a villa in Javea these will be good areas to look at because you are close to the Arenal beach yet the areas are peaceful and quiet. Areas include Entrepinos, Portichol, Ambolo, La Siesta, Balcon al Mar, Costa Nova, Panarama and Granadella. If you want to buy a new villa in Javea then Guardia Park, La Cala and Monte Javea all contain new villas to buy. If you are looking to buy property in Javea with good sea views you will likely look in these areas. Also as you head out of Javea, away from the Arenal area you pass a number of suitable areas for buying property in Javea. Puerta Fenicia and Pi Ver are more expensive and exclusive urbanisations situated on hills with great views looking across to the Montgo and also the sea.
