Denia
is situated on the Costa Blanca coast of Spain and is a very popular tourist
destination; therefore if you are looking to stay in Denia you shouldn't

then consider the nearby smaller town of Javea to the south of Denia where

If you are looking for hotel accommodation in Denia in the peak summer months make your reservation as early as possible as demand is very high. In the off-season you will have a huge choice of hotels and rooms in Denia so you should get be able to get a cheap hotel deal or bargain.
Consider whether you need a hotel in Denia that is within walking distance of the beach. Otherwise if your Denia hotel is outside of the beach and town of Denia you will need car hire which escalates the costs of your holiday in Denia.
Not all Denia hotels have swimming pool and you will want one especially in August when temperatures in Denia can rise above 40 degrees Celsius.
Some Denia hotels will offer a half board or full board option. These can often be very economical options although Denia does have a great variety of good restaurants.

However two star hotels in Denia will be of a clean standard and safe so depending on your budget they are good value for money.
Three star hotels in Denia are the most popular choice of Denia hotels as they offer clean, safe accommodation while being affordable to most people. Facilities in your hotel room will include basics such as telephone, hairdryer etc. The three star Denia hotel may have a swimming pool for your use, a gym and internet access but do check if these hotel facilities are essential to you.
Four star hotels in Denia are of a very high standard with many facilities available to you such as swimming pools, sauna, Jacuzzi, restaurants, breakfast should be included in the cost, parking, internet access etc.

Five star hotels in Denia are the most luxurious standard of hotel possible (and obviously the most expensive). Expect the highest standards of service and quality. There is currently one five star hotel in Denia which is the Marriott, it is actually located outside of Denia in the Jesus Pobre/La Jara area which is approximiately 5km outside of Denia:

GUIDE TO DENIA HOSTELS
A really cheap alternative to staying in a Denia hotel is to book into a Denia hostel. Be advised that these hostels are very basic accommodation traditionally sought out by student travelers and backpackers on a budget.
Some hostels in Denia will require you to sleep in a room with other guests and share bathrooms. In some cases there will be a strict time that you have to be in by which is no good if you want to sample the Denia nightlife. Needless to say - staying in a Denia hostel is the cheapest form of accommodation you can find in Denia.
