Ciudad Quesada (Quesada for short) is a modern town which was created by Justo Quesada Samper in 1972. This development was granted town status in 1999.

There are many other courses in the vicinity and some are championship standard, such as 'La Finca', future venue for the Ryder Cup. As well as being a golfer's paradise, there are plenty of other activities here so the holiday villas and apartments of Quesada are rarely empty

The Aqua Splash water park is here and the salt lakes of Torrevieja are very close making for a great healthy lifestyle. The protected area the Parque Natural de La Mata y Torrevieja is also close with much wildlife especially birds.

Ciudad Quesada is surrounded by Rojales, Formentera del Segura, Urbanisation Benimar and Benijofar.

Also very close to Ciudad Quesada are: San Fulgencio, Heredades, La Rellana, Urbanisation Fincas de la Vega, Urbanisation Montemar, Urbanisation Portic Playa (Platja), Urbanisation El Moncaio, Urbanisation Portic Mediterrani, Pinomar, La Mata and Los Montesinos.
