GETTING TO BUENA VISTA AND LOCATION

Booking a villa townhouse or villa has become the modern way to enjoy vacations in sunny Spain with cheap flights departing daily from all the major U.K. airports to either Alicante or Murcia. Many people have bought second homes in Southern Spain and settled in Buena Vista and are happy renting them out whenever they aren’t using them.

BUENA VISTA FACILITIES AND AMENITIES

The Urbanisation Buena Vista is also home to the la Marquesa Golf Course, and is within a ten minute drive to the nearest beach.

The old town of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales are five minutes way by car. Here there are numerous bars and restaurants featuring all varieties of cuisine and budgets. On the whole dining out is a relatively inexpensive experience on the Southern Costa Blanca.

BEACHES NEAR TO BUENA VISTA

The best beaches to make use of from Buena Vista would be Guardamar which is a ten minute drive away with a nine mile long sandy blue flag beach where you can practice all water sports including windsurfing, sailing, scuba diving and jet skiing at the Marinas Nautical Club. There is also a first class sports complex with an Olympic sized swimming pool where you can also play tennis, football and basketball.

BUENA VISTA WEATHER

Buena Vista has been blessed with a Mediterranean climate which means that it benefits from long hot summers, mild winters with a little rain and warm springs and autumns, shorts and tee-shirt weather at least nine months of the year.

At the Queen Sofia Park with its botanical gardens you will find terrapins, ducks, geese, swans and peacocks. The Buena Vista urbanisation is situated on the edge of the Natural Park renowned for its therapeutic salt lakes, mud baths, and birdlife including flamingos.

BUENA VISTA IS A GREAT BASE FOR GOLFERS

Golf is the big thing on the Southern Costa Blanca with many famous world renowned courses finding their homes here all within a twenty minute drive from Buena Vista. Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Finca are the most visited, some come with restrictions such as requiring a 36 or less handicap and most require a strict dress code too. To tee off you might also have to book before you wish to play such as one week in advance at Las Ramblas and three days in advance at Campoamor. If you wish to visit one of the numerous water parks on the Costa Blanca the nearest one would be Aquopolis in Torrevieja, you can also take a drive to Benidorm where you can visit Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Terra Natura and Mundomar. In Murcia close by there is also Terra Natura as well as some of the finest shopping malls to be found on the Southern Costa Blanca.
