The San Francisco Apartments have been classified as a one key establishment and is managed by the Fincas Arena Group. The San Francisco Apartments are located on the Avenida Europa amidst an abundance of shops, bars and restaurants. The Playa Levante is five hundred metres away from the complex.

There are one or two bedroom apartments sleeping between four and six people to choose from. All apartments are equipped with a smoke detector ,twin beds in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, balcony or terrace. There is a sofa bed in the lounge diner enabling four people to comfortably sleep in the one bedroom apartment and six people in the two bedroom apartment.

Satellite televisions and safety deposit boxes are charged as an extra at the San Francisco Apartments. Facilities at the San Francisco Apartments include swimming pool uniquely shaped in the figure of eight, and attractive gardens. The swimming pool is only available during the summer months. For the more energetic there are tennis courts to have a few games.

The apartments are thoroughly cleaned on changeover day, and bed linens and towels will be changed once a week during your stay.

All guests checking in are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of sixty Euros during the winter months and one hundred and fifty Euros during the summer months, immediately when collecting your keys.

Rates for the two bedroom apartment start at thirty-one Euros in the low season and one hundred and thirty-one Euros during the high season. The one bedroom apartments will set you back twenty-eight Euros in the low season and one hundred and eight Euros in the high season.

Please note that the San Francisco Apartments double up as a residential complex and high noise levels will not be tolerated.
