SAN FRANCISCO II APARTMENTS LOCATION

The San Francisco II Apartments is an attractive one bedroom complex located seven hundred metres from the Playa Levante. The San Francisco II Apartments are located on the Calle Juan Llorca and are made up of one hundred and thirty-two holiday apartments spread over twenty-two floors and serviced by two elevators.

Managed by the Nuevohogar Group each apartment has two balconies or terraces, twin beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchenette has a two ring hob, oven, fridge and a utility room with washing machine. Heating is available during the cooler winter months.

Safety deposit boxes for your valuables are available for rent, as are fans if you happen to feel the heat during the summer months. All apartments are cleaned on a weekly basis while bed linens are changed once a week and towels twice a week.

Facilities at the complex include a swimming pool with children’s section which is only open during the summer months. Guests arriving with their own cars or rental vehicles are welcome to use the car park completely free of charge.

All guests checking in are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit of two hundred Euros on arrival. Your deposit will be refunded at check out after your apartment has passed inspection.

Rates at the San Francisco II Apartments start at thirty-one Euros during the low season per day and can reach eighty-seven Euros a day in the high season. Special offers are available from the 21st of October until the end of November taking 15% off your bill.

Keys can be picked up from the Nuevohogar Office at the Acuarium II Apartments which are located on the Calle Juan Fuster during office hours from nine in the morning until seven in the evening, and on Saturdays from nine in the morning until two in the afternoon. Outside of office hours, and if arriving on Sundays, keys can be collected at the Alpha Apartments on the Calle Kennedy.
