The Mariscal VII Apartments are located on the Calle Marbella in a quiet area of Benidorm, a ten minute stroll to the golden sands that is known as the Playa Levante. At the Playa Levante you will find a whole host of bars shops and restaurants lining the kilometre long pedestrian promenade, including the Cableski.

The Cableski is a unique facility set at sea where you can try wakeboarding, slalom, ski and kneeboard. Tickets start at twenty Euros an hour for adults and twelve Euros for children.

The Mariscal VII Apartments make up seventy one bedroom apartments spread over fourteen floors and serviced by two elevators, Apartments on the seventh floor and above are blessed with stunning views from the terrace. The Mariscal VII Apartments have twin beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge enabling four people to share the apartment in comfort.

The Mariscal VII Apartments each come with a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, oven and toaster. The apartments are cleaned once a week and bed linens are changed at the same time while towels are changed twice during the week. Security deposit boxes are available to rent as are costs for infants.

The Mariscal VII Apartments have a good sized pool with children’s section which is open during the summer months and gardens. Plenty of parking in the vicinity of the Mariscal VII Apartments make life easy if you have hired a car to visit Benidorm’s attractions.

Electric heaters and fans are available for hire when needed. Guests checking in are obliged to pay a refundable breakage deposit of two hundred Euros on arrival to use all the facilities. Rates start at thirty one Euros a night and peak at eighty seven Euros a day in the summer season.
