The Islandia/Finlandia Apartments is a two key rated complex located on the Calle Islandia. These are two sister apartment blocks named Islandia and Finlandia. Both apartment blocks are just six hundred metres from one of Benidorm’s beach front at the Playa Levante and a five minute walk from the resort centre. There are a whole host of bars, restaurants, pubs, night clubs and shops in the immediate vicinity of the complex.

The Islandia and Finlandia Apartments are made up of one bedroom apartments which can sleep four people each having a full bathroom a well equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave oven and toaster, lounge/diner with sofa bed, a balcony or terrace with sea views or pool views and central heating for those cooler months of the year.

Televisions and safety deposit boxes are available to rent when you check in. These self-catering apartment buildings each have a swimming pool gardens and free parking.

The apartments are serviced on a weekly basis where towels and bed linens will be changed at the same time with an extra towel change mid week.

All guests checking in are required to pay a sixty pound refundable breakage deposit in the winter months and one hundred and fifty Euros during the summer months. This money will be refunded at check out once the apartments have passed the relevant inspections.

Facilities at the complex include an outdoor swimming pool with children’s section, sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool area only has the guarantee of being open from mid June until September. Tennis courts are free for guests staying at the apartments to use and are located at the Islandia building.
