The Groenlandia Apartments has been rated as a one key establishment and is located on the Calle Hamburgo, two hundred metres away from the Playa Levante. People with walking disabilities will find this complex unsuitable as it is located at the top of a very steep hill. The Groenlandia Apartments are set back in a quit area, yet close enough to all the action, restaurants, bars, and clubs.

The Groenlandia apartments are an ideal base to make the most of all that Benidorm has to offer from trips to the theme parks of Mundomar, Aqualandia, Terra Natura and Terra Mitica to spending a day on the golf course. This complex is great for the tranquillity it offers as its location is well away from the rowdy night revellers.

This is a relatively small apartments Benidorm complex consisting of only twenty-seven one bedroom apartments spread over ten floors and serviced by two elevators.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, satellite television, living room, complete bathroom and balcony. Telephones and safety deposit boxes are available to rent. Facilities at the Groenlandia Apartments include a swimming pool sun terrace and free parking.

All apartments are serviced on a weekly basis, with bed linens and towels are changed at the same time. All guests checking in are required to pay a refundable breakage deposit on arrival. This money will be refunded on the day of departure after the apartment has passed inspection.

Rates for these spacious bright apartments start at ten pounds a day.
