The Gemelos XII Apartments is a very popular complex located on the Avenida l’Armella de Mar in the Rincon de Loix area of the Playa Levante in Benidorm just five hundred metres from the beach front.

The Gemelos XII Apartments opened its doors for the first time in 2003 has been finished to a very high standard and has been rated as a three key establishment. The one bedroom apartments, can comfortably sleep four adults, have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, a full bathroom and a terrace. The two bedrooms have the same again plus an extra bedroom.

The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge/freezer and ceramic hob, toaster, electric oven, pots and pans and utensils so you can cook a full meal here if you wish. If you need to do your laundry there is a small utility room with washing machine.

Each apartment also has an iron and board, satellite television, air conditioning in the summer months and heating in the winter months.

The Gemelos XII Apartments are fully serviced for each arrival and linens and towels will be changed during your stay.

Facilities at the Gemelo XII Apartments include gardens with palm trees, swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols which can be hired for two Euros a day during the summer. Children also have their own activity pool and playground. Tennis courts are also on the premises.

If you need to park your car facilities are provided for a small charge of five Euros a day. All guests checking in are required to pay a one hundred Euro breakage deposit on arrival. Guests checking out early in the morning will need to provide their bank details in order to receive their deposits.

Rates in the one bedroom apartment start at forty one Euros a day in the low season and peak at ninety six Euros a night in the high season. The two bedroom apartments are available at sixty nine Euros a day in the low season and one hundred and twenty two Euros in the high season.
