The Avenida Apartments are located on the Calle Gambo just one hundred and fifty metres from Benidom’s Playa Levante and Old Town, guests staying here are in the midst of all the shops, bars and restaurants.

The Avenida Apartments have recently been refurbished sporting new furniture, kitchens and utensils. There are seventy three apartments on the complex, sixty-eight one bedroom apartments and five two bedroom apartments. This remarkable complex is spread over just five floors and service by one elevator.

ROOMS AND FACILITIES AT THE AVENIDA BENIDORM

Each apartment has a balcony or terrace, a full en suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette including a two ring hob, fridge and microwave oven. There is even air conditioning in the summer and central heating in the winter months.

There is a choice of one or two bedroom apartments so that you can sleep between four and six people. Satellite TV is available and bed linen and towels are changed twice a week.

The Avenida Apartments has a roof terrace to admire the views Benidorm has to offer. The roof terrace also has a pool, sun loungers, jacuzzi and gymnasium. If you feel your valuables need securing, a safety deposit box is available to rent during the length of your stay.

The hotel reception is open twenty fours a day and the bus stop and taxi stand are a mere hundred metres away from the complex. Prices start at thirty five Euros a day depending on the season and go up to eighty Euros for the one bedroom apartment. The two bedroom apartment which can sleep six people costs forty Euros a day during the low season and goes up to ninety- eight Euros during the high season. Meals can be had at the Hotel Avenida next door.

The Avenida Apartments are ideally located near the Playa Levante and within walking distance to all the entertainment, and whilst you are there take a trip to the theme parks or play a round of golf.
